Alexander Ferati is co-founder of DubaiView and one of the leading strategists in the field of property sales and process digitalisation. Disciplined, structured and athletic – his daily routine with calisthenics and clear focus is reflected in his entrepreneurial work.His career path began in 2011 at Generali Versicherung. With training as an insurance and finance specialist and further training in loan brokerage, leadership, marketing and process optimisation, he quickly developed into an interdisciplinary sales professional. He won awards early on for his achievements in pension provision and accident insurance. in 2016, he co-developed one of the first TÜV-certified online valuation tools for property in Germany.In 2020, he founded the property company HausHirsch, which developed into one of the largest broker networks in Germany in just a few years. this was followed in 2022 by OFFMARKET24 LLC, a specialised software solution with AI-supported matching between investors and off-market properties – today one of the largest investor databases in the DACH region.In 2024, the HausHirsch concept expanded internationally: with HausHirsch España SL in Mallorca and DubaiView in the United Arab Emirates. At DubaiView, Ferati aims to establish modern sales systems based on clear processes, technical excellence and sustainable teamwork – instead of a traditional culture of competition.
